职位描述：
任职要求：
-Degree / Diploma holder in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications.
-At least 10 years relevant working experience, with minimum 5 years in managerial position.
-Good command of both spoken & written English, good computer skills.
-Familiar with IFRS, Chinese GAAP, Chinese Tax Laws & Regulations, and SAFE Regulations
-Good negotiation, communication, interpersonal and management skills.
工作职责：
-General
-Responsible for finance and accounting, personnel and administration, IT of the company.
-In Detail
-Assist the company Management Team to set up the company strategic objectives (KPI); implement and regularly review the achievements.
-Assist the company Management Team to implement the company policy, review and update the company policy from time to time.
-Manage the finance and accounting of the company, including monthly / quarterly / yearly reporting package under IFRS, and local GAAP.
-Mange the company treasury management.
-Mange monthly / quarterly / yearly tax reporting, tax settlement and document filing.
-Manage the business plan of the company, and analyze the business.
-Organize the yearly accounting audit by internal & external organization.
-Take the leading role for setting up the internal control system of the company.
-Manage the personnel and administration operations of the company.
-Manage the IT operations of the company.
-Build up and continuously coach the finance, HR, and IT team of the company.
-Work with local government offices, banks, and Chinese partner.
-Work with MTU-Asia for any special project implementation relevant to Finance, HR and IT.
-Contribute to company cost saving measures and operational efficiency improvements. |
