Petrocom Energy Limited (PEL) is registered in the Cayman Islands and headquartered in Hong Kong. It is established on 8th September 2005 and is a fully owned subsidiary of Petrocom Ltd. PE operates and owns all projects for CBF and mine safety.
PEL's core strategy is to construct state of the art Coal Blending Facilities (CBF s) to serve the growing need for environmentally compliant coal in China's electrical generation market.
The company will leverage its considerable management experience, strong Chinese government support, an extensive network of supply chain partners and exclusive license to proven pollution reducing CBF technology to become one of China's premier coal suppliers.
PEL’s senior management team, lead by CEO Howard Au, and board of directors has an average of over 30 years of successful experience in business development and operation in the Asian energy market.
PEL has 8 offices, including Hong Kong (Head office), Jakarta & Banjarmasin (Indonesia), Lianyungang, Shanghai, Beijing, Yinchuan (Ningxia) and Taipei (Taiwan)
